OUR TWITTER AND FACEBOOK NAMES ARE CHANGING!

In an effort to gain visibility and unify our online presence, we are now @MenHealing on Twitter and Facebook. All of our social media accounts now have the same account name! Please be sure to follow our new Twitter account and like and follow our new Facebook page, as the old accounts will be deactivated within the next several weeks.

JUST HEALING PODCAST TO RETURN AT THE END OF MARCH

You may have noticed that February came and went without a new episode of JUST HEALING! Due to some guest scheduling issues and a switch to a new and improved recording platform, we unfortunately  had to postpone our latest episode. JUST HEALING will return at the end of March! In the meantime, catch up on episodes 1-5 here.

UPDATE ABOUT SUPPORT GROUPS PROJECT

We are excited about the success of the Support Groups Project, which was launched in 2021. Adam Frost (WOR Alumnus) is the Support Group Project Manager. During the last two years, we have offered seven Alumni Support Groups. Groups meet for fifteen ninety-minute sessions over the span of thirty weeks, each series of groups co-facilitated by Alumni who have been trained as Peer Leaders. On-going supervision is provided by Diana Thomas (WOR Facilitator).  Amy Ellis (Nova University) and Jim Struve (MenHealing ED) are the other members of the project management team.

NEW RESOURCES FROM MENHEALING AUTHORS
POSTED TO PUBLICATIONS LANDING PAGE

In this and future issues of our Newsletter we will continue to introduce you to the wealth of publications authored by MenHealing Facilitators, Board, and Support Staff. Today we want to share with you links for two books.

Get ready to unleash your power and potential. The Boys’ Guide to Growth Mindset is an interactive book for boys, with the keys to unlocking new possibilities. In these pages, you’ll nurture a positive attitude and learn to celebrate mistakes as a chance for learning and growing!
